 - Overhead Press - 5 sets of 5 - Worked up to 135 for last 3 sets
 - 5 sets of pull-ups to failure
 - Row 1km
 - 100 jump rope singles + 10 24" box jumps (3 rounds)
 
Today:
(Back at Powerhouse.)
- Back squat - 1 set of 3@275, 4 sets of 3@315
 - Deadlift - 5 sets of 3 @ 315
