What the hell is going on over here?

Man, this blog has more cobwebs than your momma's panties.

Decided to get off my ass today and try to get the ball rolling again. The ball of... my fitness.... My fitness ball. I did:

Warm-up:
Row 2km

Workout:
3 rounds of
10 tire flip+jump through
10 pull-ups
10 back squats@135lbs
10 ring dips

I know, looks more like a warm-up than a workout, but whatever I did something.
