Another quiet luncheon spent lifting in the garage. Still adjusting to the whole 'rest between sets' thing. Damn ADD.
I came up with a workout to steer clear of my new injury (shin splints).
10 rounds for time of:
10 Hang Power Cleans, 95#
10 Push-ups
5 Strict Pull-ups
20 Sit-ups
I finished in ~30 minutes (timer on my wristwatch accidentaly stopped) 30 mintues is pretty good estimate though. I didn't burn through this one, so I should definitely beat 30 minutes if I ever do this one again.
Did:
1 round of screw around in the gym for an hour and a half.
Power clean: 5x3
worked up to 185 for last two sets.
Weighted ring dips: 5x10, worked up to +45lbs
Deep ring push-ups: 50
Bench Press: 5x5 worked up to 185 (chest/triceps were pretty burnt out at this point)
Dumbbell Press: 3x5 worked up to 50lbs
One-arm Dumbbell clean and PP: 2x10 each side. 55lbs,65lbs
Row 500m + 20 GHD Sit-ups - 4 rounds
Congrats Justin. You win the "Most ADD Award" for the day.
Shin splints are no fun. Look into getting some better shoes and try to stop heel-striking when running.

and fyi, working out while on benadryl is ridiculous and i do not recommend it.
