I finished in 13:35, sub 115# cleans and 1x1 regular situps.
I think it's about time to up the squat clean weight to 135# on workouts with the shorter reps. I really felt good at 115, so good that I need to step it up! The situps were subbed because of a lack of GHD equipment. I may be able to rig a GHD "machine" but I'll have to dig around and see. And the reason for only doing 1x1 situps can definitely be attributed to the lack of motivation! Who wants to do 300 situps?!?
