Seth - DNF, lower back strain on 2nd of 9 rep PC set. ~7:30/8:00 min

Well that sucked. Knew I was fatigued and allowed it to affect my power clean form.

Hopefully if I skip the gym tomorrow and rest up over the holiday weekend this injury won't linger.
Oh, and I need to work on my ring dips - pathetic.

14:24 sub 135#. i've had this strained/pulled muscle feeling in my right forearm the last several days. any type of pulling or curling motion pretty much hurts so i was concerned i wouldn't be able to do this. i spent a little extra time warming up and it actually wasn't too bad.
