- 15 Steps, Walking Lunge

Jason - 8 1/3 Rds, as Rx'd
Seth - 9 Rds + 6 pull-ups, sub strict pull-ups rds 4-10
Todd - 7 Rds, sub military press machine, ~jumping l/n pull-ups

8 1/3 rds as rx'd. something's definitely up with my right arm. every pull-up sent pain up my forearm. prolly shouldn't have done those. oh well. i'm old anyways.
My old man back was really bitching about the L-pull-ups. Switched to strict pull-ups to shut it up, but it was too late I suppose. Pretty tight and sore again now.
On a positive note, all HSPU sets were unbroken; so I'll just focus on that.
