Confessions: Took the barbell from the rack for thrusters, didn't actually complete the jump portion of the 7th burpee in the 4th round.

Pukie nearly had me on this one. Took a couple of minutes for me to feel steady enough to proceed up the stairs to the locker rooms.

Good times.

For lack of a tabata timer and an adequate area in which to do the posted workout, I did:

For time:

100 sit-ups

21 pushups, 55# swings, lateral burpees
400m run
15 pushups, 55# swings, lateral burpees
400m run
9 pushups, 55# swings, lateral burpees
400m run

100 sit-ups

27:11

The sit-ups took the most time…roughly four minutes for the last set. I was sweating profusely and drawing some startled looks by the end.
