That was surprisingly taxing for a 15 minute workout in which 3/4 of the time is prescribed for resting.
Enjoyed dumping that thruster in the 3rd round. Lack of concentration and poor balance are a bad combination.

Warmed up with an easy 1.5K row at 2:30/500 pace, then did "Big 24" from Military Athlete.
