- 9 Ring Dips
- 12 Pull-Ups

- Seth - 6 Rds + 8 Pull-Ups, as Rx'd
- Jennifer - 5 Rds + 4 Pull-Ups, sub 10# TGU, 2xreps bench dips, jumping pull-ups
- Todd - 5 Rds + 2 TGU, sub 20# TGU, weight-assisted bar dips & pull-ups

That's 3 straight days of workouts with plenty of pull-ups; definitely felt them adding up in the later rounds.
Really wanted to complete that 7th round. Almost, maybe next time...
Like normal, I did a different workout. My shoulder is still bothering me, which has kept pullups, presses, TGU's and even heavy doses of pushups out of my routines. Not cool. Anyways, I did...

50 situps
400m run
25 walking lunges

I actually did something similar before I saw what you guys did...
Warm up
3 rounds of:
10 squats
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10m lunges
then:
100 TGUs for time
@ heavy weight but manageable
50 lbs for the first ten then had to complete at 45 : 49:31
