AMRAP in 20 minutes:
6 Turkish Get-Ups - 35# DB (3 per side)
9 Ring Dips
12 Pull-Ups

Results:
Jason - 4 rds, sub 3 x bar dips
Jennifer - 5 rds + 2 TGUs, sub 5# TGU, triceps dips, jumping pull-ups
Seth - 6 rds + TGUs
