MORE PUNISHMENT!!!
In the spirit of keeping things bodyweight or lighter this week, Seth has come up with the following workout for today:
AMRAP in 20 minutes of
- 5 Handstand Push-Up
- 10 L-Pullups
- 15 Walking Lunge steps
Shoot for 10 rounds and you've got half your pull-ups for the day.
RESULTS
Seth - 10 rounds, even.
Justin - 9 rounds + 5 HSPU, 5 LPU
Jason - 9 rounds + 5 HSPU, 10 LPU

if it was supposed to be 1 step per rep on the walking lunges then i got 9 rounds + HSPUs + LPUs. if it was supposed to be 2 steps per rep, then it was less...
Yes, one step = 1 rep on the lunges. I just tried to alternate starting legs.
Rd 1: 8 right steps, 7 left
Rd 2: 8 left steps, 7 right
etc.
