WOD – Daniel…

Well, after making it through Total Death, we're feeling pretty confident that we can make it through anything. Let's see just how wrong we are. Time for another Hero workout. Today, it's:


Daniel

  • 95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
  • 800 meter run
  • 95 pound Thruster, 21 reps

  • 50 Pull-ups




Dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.

Wasn't feeling too well during that second set of Thrusters, and it took forever to get through the last 50 pull-up set. At least I did well at the running part.
That 1000 pull-up challenge is no joke. I'm going to have to find a place to get some reps in outside the gym. Haven't found one yet.

I squeezed it in today right after work.

Those thrusters were NOT fun after the squats and presses from yesterday. I could do them, but they sure hurt the legs.

The last 25 pull ups were tough. I'll have to do 100 more later.

Jason - Hell no, it's not getting deleted. Even finishing the hero workouts is an achievement. You're doing great, man.
