It's been a week since we've been in the gym, which should make today fun. And apparently the random number generator doesn't know the meaning of "grace period," because today's random selection is a tough one!

•5x Curtis P Complex @ 95lbs
•15ft Rope Climb (sub 15 towel pull-ups or other as appropriate)
•10x GHD Situps (sub atomic sit-ups or weighted sit-up to standing, etc.)
•5x Scotty Bob @ 2x25lb dumbbells
•Run 200m

Laura: DNF - about 1 round in 7 minutes or so...and then "wasn't feeling" the rest of the workout. Spent the remainder of the time briskly walking on the treadmill.

The crowd was a bit too much for this workout. By the end of my fourth round I was sharing my pullup bar and oly bar with some guy and I was having to watch out for traffic every time I would clean the bar. It was a perfect excuse not to finish.
Back from a 2 week workout hiatus. Added 5 lbs to BS and Press for the next SS routine. From the garage:
Back Squat 3x5: 278 lbs
Press 3x5: 140 lbs
Power Clean 5x3: 215 lbs
Power cleans were feeling heavy, probably because I'm not used to doing ME cleans after squats.
Can't say as I feel like I missed out on Curtis P and Scotty Bob today.
I felt very much in the way. Some buff guy was mean mugging me and my barbell and my pull-up bar was stolen before my first set. Before I erupted in a possessive fit over MY...I mean the facility's workout out area and equipment, I called it quits.
As scary as it sounds, I would've enjoyed watching you throw a fit on that dude. My mental picture of the would-be ordeal reminds me of when you see a sparrow frantically attacking a crow that has invaded the sparrow's nest.
