I am excited! Justin never disappoints.
My inner meat-head is flexing and grunting in front of the mirror in preparation for this one. He's PUMPED! GRRR!
Laura, clearly you've not spent much time around me.
43:52 AS RX'D bitches!!!
Whew!
sorry, that was the inner meat-head again.
Oh, and I did rope pullups and V situps
TAKE THAT, LAURA!!
LOL
I still stand by what I said Justin. I actually liked that workout. If you do it again tomorrow though... Then I may have to renege on my statement. :P
My Scotties were actually 12#. I'll do more next time, because the hardest part for me were the push-ups anyway.
I didn't care for the rope pull-ups myself. Fingers still feel stiff from those.
Definitely something different. Tough one!
no thanks.

Looked like fun guys, but....I missed out on yesterday's HS push-up and couldn't do the run tonight so I just did an alternate:
6 rounds of
5- Curtis P Complex (had to experience that)
5-ring dips
5-pull-ups
5-HS push ups
that was supposed to say
7 rounds of
3 Push Jerks or Split Jerks 155 lbs
6 Pull Ups
9 Push Ups
