Shawn's been hitting it solo pretty hard lately in a more metcon-cardio-centric manner and is crushing his goals. I've been sitting around like a lardass and am just now getting back after it. We've adapted a couple of previous posts the last couple of days. Yesterday, did:
- 30 lateral burpees over step box
- 30 box jumps, 24"ish
- Walk across the gym and up a flight of stairs to the treadmills, Sprint 200m
- 20 L-Burpees
- 20 Box Jumps
- Walk, Stairs, Jog 400m
- 10 L-Burpees
- 10 Box Jumps
- Walk, Stairs, Stumble 800
Today, did:
4 rounds
- 5x Power clean (x1) Push Press (x2) @ 115lbs
- 10 pull-ups
- 30 push-ups
