I don't remember the workout; it's been posted before, but listed the Thruster weight at 75 lbs. Spreadsheet has it as:
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
- 10 Thrusters - 95 lbs
- 10 Knees-to-Elbows
Results:
- Jennifer - 10 1/2 Rds, sub 30# Thrusters, hanging knee raises
- Seth - 10 Rds, as Rx'd
