Headed downtown?

Tried out the Downtown Athletic Club for the first time today. Did this little leg-wrecker while checking things out.

5 Rounds for Time:
  • 10 Deadlifts - 185 lbs
  • 20 Squats
  • 30 Walking Lunge Steps (15 per leg)
  • 40 Sit-Ups

RESULTS:
  • Seth - 21:27, as Rx'd

Facility was decent, though weight area was a bit congested. It's somewhat within walking distance of work (~.4 miles) so I may be going back. Is it wrong to get a warm tingly feeling from seeing a set of rings hanging on the squat rack cage.
No rower, but the treadmills will go 12 mph.
