Making introductions

Ah the joy of doing burpees by oneself in a congested weight room in a new gym filled with strangers. I'm just glad Pukey didn't join in the fun.

AMRAP in 15 min:
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans - 65 lbs
