Had a headache going into this one, and (surprise!) the thrusters did nothing to improve that fact.
Terribly thin air in the gym today or something. Could not keep moving.
DNF - 2 rds @ 15.27
i think this was a case of going too hard, too soon (2nd round took almost exactly twice as long as the first) and a garage that's still too cold for these old, out of shape lungs to handle. i'd like to say it felt good to get out there after having been gone for so long...but it did not. it hurt...and it hurt badly. my lungs are still on fire. and i'm old. but i can't blame that on the workout...or the temperature. ok, that's enough.
