AMRAP Time!!

Today's workout is a repeat of one we last did on 5-7-08

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Handstand push-ups
10 L Pull-ups
15 Walking Lunge steps

Scale according to ability.

Results:
  • Abby - 8 2/3 Rds, sub knee push-ups, decline sit-ups
  • Justin - 8 1/3 Rds
  • Seth - 8 Rds + 8 lunge steps

I know that the L-Pull-Ups did not go well today, but still more than 1 whole round less than last time surprises me. There was some confusion about # rounds, so maybe we really did miscount.
At least the sets of HSPU and lunges were unbroken.
