i drank a "redline" for the first time this morning to try and help motivate myself to do my job after putting in about 90 hours last week...and i think i was mid-energycrash when i started this workout. that sucked, but i like the variety in this workout.

Ich hast nicht.

Terrible showing today, especially on the pull-ups. Some of that I blame on the one ~decent station being taken forcing me to dodge the weight-assist lever arm while doing ~strict pull-ups.
