should've given my legs more time to recover from murph. they hurt. a lot. i wanted more weight on the deads but couldn't do it. should've done a tad more on the SPs...maybe 155-160. all in all fun times, though.
My traps and tri's were sore from Jack on monday, but that doesn't excuse the weak press numbers. I loaded up an optimistic 165, did not happen, dropped to 155 and had to do a bit of a push-press to get that. Did the workout at 145.
