did a late cindy today...

AMRAP in 20 mins:

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

RESULTS:
Jason - 14 rounds
Seth - 19 rounds
Erin - 15 rounds (jumping pull-ups, half and and half legit and girl push-ups)

could've done way better i think...but it was late in the day and i'd just woken up from a small semi-coma in my chair. i just wanted to get something done today...

I've been behind on the workouts all week. Made up this one today.
Fell just short of my goal of 1 rd/min.

I know I'm late but hey.

15 rounds. Barely got the last round in with 2 seconds to spare. And of course, I did mostly jumping pull-ups. I did manage to get 3 real ones.
