Finally Friday...

Been a long week. To wrap things up for the week, time for a little higher volume work.

WOD - 3 Rounds for time of:
  • 20 reps Back Squat @ bodyweight (not unladen, if you weight 170, put 170 on the bar.)
  • 30 clapping push-ups. (if you can, bring the hands up to slap the chest, rather than clapping together)
  • 40 pull-ups
Results:
Jason - 40:23, 2x45lb DB Thrusters
Justin - 30:00, 160lb Back Squats
Seth - 25:26, 195lb Back Squats

Almost exactly 30 mins. Not sure why, but the pull-ups were freaking greuling on this one. Guess I did too many in my warm-up or something. Also spent a little time in the workout recruiting, so hopefully that'll work out.

no bar for back squats so i did 2x45# DB thrusters instead...because i'm terrible at them. and of course, they ate me up. 40:23 for me. it seems the running theme for me this week is nausea...so much that i'm beginning to wonder if i might be pregnant.

I'm with you Jason. I felt really ill after this one, too.
Managed to finish in 25:26 as Rx'd.
Back Squat @ 195 lbs.
