Just 150 reps total ...

This happens to be one of my wife's favorites, though she sometimes scales the reps back a bit. Her name for it is quite appropriate.

"Holy Hell"
50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds for time of:
- Double Unders
- Pull-Ups
- Back Extensions
- Push-Ups
- DB Swings - 35#
- DB Thrusters - 2 x 20#

Results:
Seth: 56:35
Justin: 1:23:ish -sub 4xsingles, 45# BB Thrusters, first 50 PU on rings
Jason: 1:15:ish - sub tuck jumps, supermans

This workout usually includes Knees-to-Elbows rather than pull-ups, but given the challenge this week, we're substituting pull-ups today.

"Just 150 reps total..."

HAH!

The Math Teacher will have to check my work, but I think that works out to

150 reps x 6 exercises = 900 reps.

This is
GOING
TO
SUCK

OK, so that should say "Just 150 reps of each ..."

My goal was to finish in under an hour. The first round was a really good workout all by itself.
Hated those thrusters.

As usual when it comes to a longer duration workout and I'm working out alone, I was suffering from a bad case of bitch sickness on this one. I took too much rest and almost quit a couple times. Not pleased with my results.

Mods:
4x single-unders
Round 1 ring pull-ups, rest bar.
45lb BB thrusters

Man, the last few rounds, even single unders were difficult to pull off. Glycogen depletion had my brain all fuzzy and I couldn't see, think, or move right. This was a hell of a workout. Good choice, seth.

That was completely draining. Pretty sure I exhausted all energy pathways way before I finished.
