ok. i only had a max of 2x90# dbs for this. so if my math is right, i had 20% less weight than rxd, so i did 20% more reps on the dls. (9 more reps total, split into 3 more per round.)

i really need to get a barbell because my form really sucks using these dbs.
Ok I took forever on the deadlifts. I went slow and did my best to practice good form. The HSPU took just a couple minutes of the 17:05.
Yikes.
Did 100 PU and 50 ring push ups too
My ongoing battle with Bitch Sickness continues. DNF after 15 round due to need to get back to the office. I'm helping a friend learn the basics and spent more time working with him on DL and OHP than I'd intended.
Also, damn fine work Jason and Shiloh on this one.
Did this one Saturday afternoon. First round went well, taking 3:20 or so. Back got stiff in the second round, and I took a few minute stretching break before finishing in 15:20.
Did 8 tabata intervals of situps, and 100 double-unders afterwards.
