25 GHD Sit-Ups
25 Back Extensions
25 Knees-to-Elbows

Justin - DNF after 2.5 rds due to injury
Shiloh - DNF 3 rounds in 21:15

That was extremely tough. Five, FIVE freaking rounds. Any and all guilt about lazying it up all holiday weekend was gone by round three.

DNF On the KTE in Round 3, due to an injury of the back/lat area sustained this weekend in a bout of drunken arm-wrestling stupidity.

I must stop drinking.

I've been feeling like crap lately and that combined with being really busy has equaled very little working out.

Tonight I was already feeling sick to my stomach and looked at Seth's time and almost puked.

So, I decided I would push my self for 20 min and ended up finishing 3 rounds in 21:15.

Good job finishing 5 rounds, Seth.

Not much more there tonight.
