10 L-Pull-Ups

Seth - 5 Rounds + 400M

ok well, I might have gotten one or two pull-ups in after the bell.
Good workout today. Running on the treadmill sucks, but at least you get a bit of rest waiting for it to get up to speed. First 5 rds at 11.1 (easy to enter), last 400M at 12.0 mph.
