But I'm already sore...

It's been a tough week already, and it just got a little bit nastier. Time to revisit this CrossFit classic.

"Nasty Girls" - 3 Rounds for Time:
  • 50 Squats
  • 7 Muscle Ups (sub 3/3 Pull-Ups/Dips)
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans - 135 lbs

Results:
  • Abby - 15:04, sub squats-to-bench, 1xpull-up+dips w/ 150# Weight assist, 30# HPC
  • Seth - 9:52, sub bar muscle-ups
  • Jason - 19:54, sub 3 pull-ups + 3 dips for MUs Rds 1, 2, jumping bar MUs Rd 3
  • James - 14:40, as Rx’d, sub bar muscle-ups
  • Laura - 15:41, sub 3 x jumping pull-ups + bench dips for mu, 75# HPCs
  • Brian - ~21 min, sub weighted pull-ups + dips(+25#), 115# HPCs
