Press your luck?

This slightly press-heavy workout was randomly selected from the spreadsheet today. At least it's only one round.

081029: For Time:
  • 75 Push-Ups
  • 50 Thrusters - 45#
  • 50 Ring Dips
  • 30 Weighted Pull-Ups - 45#
  • 25 Handstand Push-ups

this was my first real go at ring dips (using the pseudo-ring setup justin let me borrow) and they basically ate my lunch. also, the last 5 or 6 of my weighted PUs involved some jumping...which should result in some sweet shin bruises.

There didn't seem to be any part of that workout that went particularly well, yet the time shows a 6 minute improvement over the previous attempt. Can't help being pleased by that.
