Lower the intensity

We hit it pretty hard yesterday, so I am glad this workout came up for today.

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps

That's seven sets of three reps. See how much you can lift in each three rep set.
Rest as needed between sets, but don't let your muscles get cold.

185, 195, 210, 225, 240, 250, 260(f) only one rep.

I should've started higher than 185. I was pretty worn out by the time I got to 260.

i swear that said 5 sets when i looked before the workout...maybe i'm going crazy...

No Jason, you're not crazy. I first posted 7 sets, dropped it to 5, then changed it back to 7 later. Sorry.
