I skipped all of last week and decided to make it up by attempting a doozy. I found myself nauseous, cramping and slightly disoriented at the end. It was quite a welcome back.

I felt very weak and pathetic today. But what should I have expected after taking a week off from any physical activity...apart from climbing the stairs in the Imax theatre to watch Avatar 3D! By the way, it was awesome! ...to just lay around and eat crap. Uuughhh. Rude Awakening.
Melanie and I did this last night in the garage. It was awful. It took me almost 15 minutes for the squats + last pull-ups to avoid a full-on Pukie appearance. He lingered just out of sight for another 30 minutes afterwards.
What a welcome back!
