Reduce, Reuse, Recycle...

Pulled one from the archives for today's workout. Had to sub out the burpulls due to lack of proper pull-up options, though. Did:


5 rounds for time

• 5 reps Bear Complex @ 115lbs
• 10 burpulls (Subbed lateral-jump burpees over step box)
• 15 ballistic push-ups


Sucked. Lots.
