5 rounds for time
- 5 reps of the Bear Complex @ 115lbs
- 10 burpulls
- 15 chest-slapping push-ups
Bear Complex - Power clean to front squat to push press (catch on back) to back squat to push press (catch on chest.) You may not combine the squats with the presses into a thruster. The weight must stop before being pressed.
Burpull - Burpee to pull-up. If pull-up bar is less than 8', perform one burpee and one pull-up for each rep.
Chest-Slapping push-ups - Regular push-up, but at the top of the movement, the hands leave the ground and slap the chest. If you can't do chest-slap, do clapping, can't do clapping, just do push-ups explosively, trying to get your hands off the ground.

what about the Tiger Complexious factor compound? Power Clean to squat to push press to back squat to front sqaut to curl to box jump to cartwheel to back flip to balarina spin to 400m run to rob a liquor store to fight local ninja to moon the old neighbor to karate chop the mailman(with no hands) to open a lemonade stand and make $2.50 in 3 minutes to beat Michael Phelps in any swimming event. Yeah, I don't think you guys are ready for that one. That's elite stuff. You probably haven't even climbed mount mind yet. that's the first step to elitefit.
Holy carp! Sounds like a Gym Jones workout or something! What kinda crazy stuff are you guys doing down there in TX?
