Total regression?

Random selections of the day included the CrossFit total. Time to see if any gains during the short stint of Starting Strength remain after the layoff that followed.

"CrossFit Total" - Total weight lifted in:
  • Back Squat - 1 rep
  • Shoulder Press - 1 rep
  • Deadlift - 1 rep

Almost had the 375# squat. Just didn't have it on the first attempt at 420# DL, got a little ticked and got it on the second try. I think all the HSPU and burpee push-ups yesterday can be blamed for the slight regression in the press numbers.
Oh well. 2 PRs today. Haven't seen any of those in a while so I guess I'll take it.
