squat and press were about where i figured they'd be today. deadlift was a full 50 pounds below my PR. maybe it's because i did elizabeth yesterday. i dunno, but that's freakin' embarrassing.

No PR lifts today, but not as bad a fall-off as I feared. Was feeling the SDLHP and OHS from yesterday.
