Do 1,000 pull-ups between now and 10:00PM Friday.
Yes. One thousand.
Typical rules for form apply. Full hang to head over bar. Pre-workout warm-up reps and reps done during workout count. Keep a close eye on your calluses and make sure that you don't rip them.

This is going to be tough.
Barely got in my 200 yesterday. Up to 150 today. Didn't get as many in as I'd hoped this morning, due to problems dragging myself out of bed and rushing to get to work an hour late. Shooting for 250 today if I can find somewhere hidden around work to do pull-ups. Otherwise, shooting for 200.

Due to unforseen time constraints, I DID NOT COMPLETE this assignment. Tried to get in as many pull-ups as I could Friday before 8:00 after I got home, but had things I had to do, and missed the mark by 100 pull-ups.
DAMN GOOD JOB Jason and Seth. The next assignment will require no equipment, which should make it easier for us to find time throughout the day to get reps in. Naturally, this means that it will require more reps. Heheheh.
Yes. How about 2000 push ups some week. I feel the need to redeem myself.
