5x5 front squat – 95, 115, 135, 135, 155
5x5 push press – 95, 115, 115, 135, 145

i was limited to what i could clean today since the power tower holds the bar at the exact points i need to put my hands for these lifts. i really don't think i could've gone much (if any) higher, though. obviously, these are two lifts i'm quite weak at right now...hopefully these numbers will improve soon. i was suprised at how much more difficult front squats seemed than back squats.

The third round really sucked today. I really dislike SDLHP and burpees, and don't really like adding running to that pair. Not the most fun workout I've done.

Jason: Cleaning the weight first will definitely take a toll. Glad we didn't have to do that.
I think most people have a much harder time with the front squat due to the change in back angle and resulting muscle recruitment differences. The push press numbers look pretty decent to me for a 5 rep set.
