Treadmill invasion

We'll be spending the majority of our time on the treadmills if I remember correctly from the previous attempt at:

"Snatch & Go" - 5 Rounds For time:
  • 15 Hang Power Snatch - 95 lbs
  • Run 400M

Results:
  • Seth - 14:04, as Rx'd
  • Justin - 25:36, as Rx'd
  • Abby - DNF, 4 1/2 rounds in 25:30, sub 30# HPS
  • Jason - alternate strength workout, see comments

Time distribution was actually pretty balanced between the two exercises. Improved my time by 99 seconds despite the tough week and basketball last night.

5x5 Power Clean – 135, 135, 135, 145, 155

more like 5x1 on the last set of PCs, but still. i started using the hook grip and that's just awkward at first...overall i need to be way more explosive.
