Crickets


Hello...?

It's looking like it will be a quiet day at the gym. Maybe a workout featuring some heavy deadlifts will liven things up.

5 Rounds for time:
  • 5 Deadlift - 315 lbs
  • 12 Knees-To-Elbows

Results:
  • Seth - 14:48, sub 350# Deadlifts
  • Jason - 11:50, sub 255# Deadlifts
  • Shiloh - 12:52, sub 255# Deadlifts

I should have left that one as Rx'd.

The KTEs were just a glorified rest between the DL sets.
