It's looking like it will be a quiet day at the gym. Maybe a workout featuring some heavy deadlifts will liven things up.

I should have left that one as Rx'd.
The KTEs were just a glorified rest between the DL sets.
Whoo, lawdy. Glad I skipped. That looks like a helluva deadlift workout.
