Okay so James beat his previous time for the A.D.D. workout. Seth?... Seth must have been saving up some energy for basketball tonight. : ) That was a fun one! 10 "frogkick" rope pull-ups! WhooHoo!
That one was pretty rough. I was fine until the DB cleans, which made me really light headed. I definitely got my money's worth today.
I don't have any good excuses for the slower time today. I should add that James not only took a few minutes off his time, but he did it as Rx'd this time too. He'd scaled back all the db weights, and subbed bar dips, regular pull-ups last time. Pretty impressive.
Frog-Kick pull-ups. Woot!
Aw, gorsh!
I was beastin' on some peeps in volleyball last night! I am tired, but still looking forward to the workout today.
Hopefully you left all your beastin' on the volleyball court so us old fellers can leave the gym with a little dignity today.
Whatever, you guys and girls are awesome! James, you're the one who got my lazy behind to start working out again! And Seth yells at me, so that provides motivation. I have an invisible column next to my time that tally's how many times he yells at me. The lower it is, then the better! He only yelled at me once yesterday! Yippee!
At any rate, you all have dedication. That is great.
