Sweet! My shoulders were feeling left out after Monday and Tuesday. From the looks of things they'll feel beat-the-hell-up after today.

Yeah Seth, you may have to do that one with your shoe laces tied next time.

I actually felt pretty good today, which is a nice change from the borderline-nausea on Monday and Tuesday. The runs were really tough as I've become conditioned to quarter-milers, but I pushed through them without feeling light headed or sick. Booyahkasha!
