Couldn't settle on strength training or met-con...so went with a little of both...
3x5 Back Squat
3x5 Press
Then choose 1 portion of "Twins":
Either 2 rounds, for time of:
750 meter Row (sub 75 SDLHP @ 45#)
20 Handstand Push-ups
or
2 rounds, for time of:
115 pound Thruster, 20 reps
20 L-Pull-ups
Results:
