Did 1km Row for warm-up then 5 sets of 5 back squat @ 255lbs. Light weight until my legs get used to the 5x5 routine again.

I was already not looking forward to my 30" (saw horses/plywood) box jumps when is it also started raining. Still found a way to mix in some (always funJ) thrusters.
6 rounds of:
20 double unders
15 25# DB Thrusters
10 Ring Dips
10 Ring Push Ups
