I had a weak performance today; I didn't have much energy or strength. During the course of my crossfit, all my knee push-ups have been tricep push-ups. I really need to get better at these.

I was all like "eff that workout" so I kept time. Did JT after, I think the time was like 12:55 or so.

Props to Todd who seriously stepped on the gas for that last round and left himself unable to talk or think or stand. Way to push yourself, Todd.

I did the GHD's in stead of PC's for two reasons: (1) the shortage of room and (2) to take it easy on my knees. I definitely lightened the load by substituting, but doing 125 GHD's was no cake walk. I'll definitely be feeling the abs this weekend.
