50 Sit-Ups
50 Burpees
50 Sit-Ups

- Laura - 14:28
- James - 15:23, sub air squats for double-unders
- Justin ~21:40?, sub tuck jumps for double-unders
- William - 25:54, 2xsingle-unders, 30 burpees
