All Pressed Out

Could be time for a leg wrecker.
Yeah, I think this will fulfill that role nicely.

  • 20 Squats
  • 30 Walking Lunge Steps (15 per leg)
  • 40 Sit-Ups

  • William - 27:50, 4 Rds, 95# DL, anchored sit-ups
  • Todd - 22:19, 4 Rds, leg curls for DL, anchored sit-ups
