That can't be right

According to the spreadsheet, this hasn't been the officially posted WOD in a very long time, though we've done several variations or as an alternate workout apparently. Sure seems like we've done this more recently. Regardless, it's:

"J.T."
21-15-9 reps of:
  • Handstand push-ups
  • Ring dips
  • Push-ups

Results:
  • Seth - 22:00, last 5 HSPU did not touch head to ground

While I had no expectations of setting a PR today, I was hoping to best 20 minutes. Then I started to warm up and it immediately became clear that the burpees, thrusters and push-ups I had already done this week were going to make even finishing a struggle.
After 3 consecutive head-stuck-to-floor attempts at HSPU rep 5 in the last round, I broke down and did some shorter ROM for the last 5 reps. I am so ashamed.

Oh, and waiting on the guy doing (yes, it's cliche) bicep curls in the squat rack where the rings were hanging didn't help my time, either.

That's a tough one Seth. How's LRAC panning out now that you've been a few times?

I did the following in my garage:

3 rounds for time of:
15 kneeling ab rolls
25 parallellette pushups
5 x TGU Mills, 35# (5 each hand)
10 lateral burpees
400m hill run (200m uphill, 200m back)

~29:00

I've been doing a sort of met-con boot camp in my garage after gaining some holiday weight. Hill runs every other day, lateral burpees every day...it's been pretty brutal! Between the burpees, runs and the cold weather I've had 2 DNF's so far this week!
