well here's what i did...

borrowed a crossfit football workout...and my legs are so angry...

Complete 10 rounds for time of:
3 Front Squats at body weight
5 Ring Dips
7 Knees To Elbows

RESULTS:
Jason - 20:41 - 165# fs rds 1-6, 145# rds 7-10
