  • 3 Back Squat - 225 lbs
  • 6 Pull-Ups
  • 9 Push-Ups

Results:
Seth - 11 + 1/3 Rounds, as Rx'd
Jason - 8 Rounds, 1st 2 @ 205#, last 6 @ 185#

8 rds: 1st 2 @ 205#, last 6 @ 185#. i don't know what it is...i just suck at back squats. actually i do know what it is...it's my form...or lack thereof...i just don't know how to fix it.
